  • The fee is calculated on the markup (the "+XX" part of "TT+XX" format)
    
  • The actual percentage value increased to 5% (fixed at first, in a later VU it will be dynamically set by the land owner)
    
  • The minimum price a shop owner can set on any item is "TT+1"
